PEPPOL XML to PDF
Convert Peppol BIS 3.0, UBL or XRechnung XML invoices to a clean A4 PDF in your browser. EN, DE, NL or FR labels. No upload.
Invoice parsing and the displayed checks run in your browser without uploading invoice contents. These checks do not establish official Peppol or XRechnung conformance. Site analytics and asset requests are separate from document processing.
Drop the Peppol, UBL or XRechnung XML you want as a PDF
Then press Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog

What is the PEPPOL XML to PDF?
To convert a PEPPOL XML invoice to PDF, open the .xml file in the ToolsWebPro PEPPOL XML to PDF converter, check the invoice, press Save as PDF and choose Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog. It works for Peppol BIS 3.0, UBL and XRechnung files, and the labels can be English, German, Dutch or French. The PDF is a readable copy; keep the XML as the original e-invoice.
Supported formats
- Input: Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, UBL 2.1, XRechnung (CII or UBL) .xml, or ZUGFeRD / Factur-X PDF
- Output: A4 PDF through your browser's print dialog (selectable text)
- Labels: English, German, Dutch, French
Privacy and processing
Everything runs in your browser. The file is read with JavaScript on your device and is never uploaded to ToolsWebPro or anyone else, so you can open invoices that contain bank details and prices without sending them to a third-party service.

About PEPPOL XML to PDF
An e-invoice in Peppol BIS, UBL or XRechnung format is data, not a document, so there is nothing to print until something lays it out. The ToolsWebPro PEPPOL XML to PDF converter renders the XML as an A4 invoice and uses your browser's built-in print to PDF, which keeps the text selectable and searchable. Note that the PDF is a human-readable copy: in countries with e-invoicing rules the XML is usually the original invoice, so keep the XML too. The PDF has no XML embedded, so it is not a ZUGFeRD or Factur-X file. To only look at the invoice, the PEPPOL Invoice Viewer does the same rendering; to extract XML from a hybrid PDF, use the ZUGFeRD / Factur-X Viewer.
Turn a Peppol, UBL or XRechnung XML e-invoice into a readable A4 PDF. Open the XML, pick English, German, Dutch or French labels, press Save as PDF and save it from your browser's print dialog. Your invoice never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I convert a Peppol XML invoice to PDF?
- Open the XML file on this page, check the invoice, then press Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose Save as PDF (or PDF on a Mac) as the destination and save.
- Is the PDF a legally valid invoice?
- It is a readable copy. Where e-invoicing is required, the structured XML is normally the original invoice that has to be kept. Store the XML and use the PDF for reading, approvals or printing.
- Can I convert XRechnung or UBL XML to PDF too?
- Yes. The converter reads Peppol BIS 3.0, UBL 2.1 and XRechnung (CII and UBL). ZUGFeRD / Factur-X PDFs can also be opened and printed in a clean layout.
- Does it create a ZUGFeRD or Factur-X PDF?
- No. The PDF contains only the printed invoice, with no XML attached. Creating a compliant hybrid PDF needs PDF/A-3 software.
- Can I choose the language of the PDF?
- Yes. Switch the labels to English, German, Dutch or French in the toolbar before saving. Item descriptions stay as they are in the XML.
- Is my invoice uploaded to make the PDF?
- No. The layout is rendered and printed by your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
